I know there are some notepads that divers use but I was more hoping for something specifically for the shower that I could maybe stick to the wall like a waterproof whiteboard maybe? I’ve had no success searching online unfortunately.

Set your phone just outside the shower with a voice recording app on and recording?
If you have a phone with voice recognition, I sure you can just have it auto dictate when you ask it to.
Then feed it through a transcriber.
Bonus points if you sing out the ideas, and even more if you can rhyme them.
