Go and play other “big budget” games of the PS1 era like the Resident Evil series or even Metal Gear Solid to see the difference. Soul Reaver really stood head and shoulders above everything at the time.

Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, for the original PlayStation. All these years later it’s still an amazing standout.
