That latter would likely be permanent, the former would last only as long as the administration isn’t seeking budget cuts.

Would they sell out of state? Like deliver meds to another state? Not American, just curious.
I could see both Oregon and Washington wanting to jump on that band wagon.

So they are just now launching the product it seems. Blue Cross Blue shield will carry it, and all pharmacies in California will have access.
