Not sure if anyone else is like this but I always find some random healthy thing to start doing for a little bit sometimes it sticks sometimes it doesn’t.

Right now I’m eating oatmeal every morning and I’ve been eating a lot of black beans and doing a lifting program. Going to attempt to start jogging.

Restarted eating granola with fresh fruits and yogurt at night when I have munchies from my sleep edibles. Way better than all the other snacks I used to eat all the time, although I miss my matcha mochi sometimes.

This is a lie I am still eating but I got depressed to the point that even binge eating my feelings wasn’t helping and suddenly the weight melted off

Added flax seeds to oats. Normally eat yoghurt or skyr with oats and sometimes other things like nuts, Bberries, fries fruit, and flax seeds seemed like a real simple addition that’s good for the gut.

Usually when I buy groceries, I’ll buy a snack to eat on the way home. A packet of crisps, a chocolate bar, something like that. I got tired of chocolate and crisps, so now my snack is a piece of fruit. Cheaper, healthier, tastier. It’s a simple thing but it makes a big difference.
