Not sure if anyone else is like this but I always find some random healthy thing to start doing for a little bit sometimes it sticks sometimes it doesn’t.
Right now I’m eating oatmeal every morning and I’ve been eating a lot of black beans and doing a lifting program. Going to attempt to start jogging.
Restarted eating granola with fresh fruits and yogurt at night when I have munchies. Way better than all the other snacks I used to eat all the time, although I miss my matcha mochi sometimes.
