A humanitarian diet would have less to do with the food you’re eating, and more to do with where you’re getting your from.
For example: buying from local farmers markets, or employee owned co-ops and eschewing grocery stores that under pay their workers and sell food produced via slave labor.

If I was a fish I probably wouldn’t consider diets at all.
