    I’ve no idea how arancini have not migrated across the globe. It’s unbelievable. My first time encountering it was at a local pizza place in Rome. It’s a little off the tourists locations, but its called ‘Mastro Donato Pizza Gourmet’. If ever you’re in Rome, I would highly recommend.

      Hadn’t heard of them before, and had to look them up.

      Italian rice balls that are stuffed, coated with breadcrumbs and deep-fried

      I really want to try some now!

        The first time we were introduced to them was in Rome where they’re a bit different. It’s called supplì there and they have tomato sauce as well. So good!
