The scary part is that tech bros are starting to become self-aware — that the old fantasy of “going Galt” and leaving us mediocre peasants behind is silly because there won’t be anyone to do menial jobs (since naturally they are geniuses and menial work is beneath them).
The scary part is they now want slaves to tend to their every whim.
Nothing ever good comes after the phrase Tech billionaires want. The next the next word in that sentence is always going to be truly terrible.
Working in the tech industry has me cringe any time these fuckheads make headlines. 🤮

Yeah, I really don’t fucking understand these guys. If they spent only a fraction of the resources they spend on prepping on actually building an equitable society, they could just live normally and even walk down the street without fear of getting shot at.
