The article unfortunately isn’t much better when read in it’s entirety. A unique identifier is sent along with an encrypted payload. The entire set is then encrypted again in transit. But the author claims the identifier is sent “cleartext”.
This coupled with repeated “russian bad” comments peppered throughout. Article is bad.
Hmm. For me social media is where end users create the media. So Reddit, Lemmy, YouTube all fit this.
That was a good read, thank you
Because American politics is just an us vs them game. No reasoning, no discussion, just the other bad.

We have backyard chickens. The huge one was a double yoker and delicious 😋

And you know restaurants like to make their menus as “ye olde” as possible with over the top descriptions. So referring to a century old sauce is within norms for that craziness.
But the vast majority of viruses focus on end users.
If the trend continues then maybe the hacker community will start focusing on Linux. Can you imagine “I don’t need a virus scanner, I use Windows, the under dog OS”

My god that is devastating

What CPU?
The list of unsupported CPUs is for OEMs licensing new computers as Windows 11 certified.
Nothing stopping you installing Windows 11 or upgrading to Windows 11 with an incompatible CPU.
The only item that requires a hack is the lack of TPM. Now that I still don’t understand.
Also, Office by default installs with licensing configured per machine but can be installed so it is licensed per user.
They should get fined for being ambiguous and be forced to call it what it is.

This. Some people don’t realise how ridiculously easy it is to change a lock when you can open the door with a key.
Put the working key into the lock
Undo this screw
Turn the key slightly back and forth whilst pulling the cylinder out until it starts to come out. Then just pull it all out.
Mark which side was front and back
Measure from the middle locking mechanism of the cylinder to the ends.
Find a lock with the same lengths. It’ll be like 60/40 (100mm total length).
