I often feel strong negative emotions and hear criticism and blame where there is none.

Therapy, meditation, and especially EMDR really helped me to help regulate how I responsed and processed my emotions.

It’s been a long journey for me, good luck with yours.

Americans couldn’t even be bothered to get off their asses and vote, but you expect them to coordinate a violent revolution against a goverent backed by the most powerful military the world has ever seen and a surveillance state with access to just about every movement and thought just about everyone has had for the last 10 years or so.
