It’s okay to like one thing about a person but disagree with him everywhere else.
People are complex.
I personally think he can go fuck himself in every other area. Right to repair he is a convenient ally.
Even if there was, look who’s in power. Even if judges ruled against Heritage, I’m not holding my breath of them getting any sort of accountability.
If we have fair elections. If we have decent candidates running. If we assume Trump is going to go willingly.
That’s a lot of ifs
Democrats would rather lose their power “temporarily” than lose their influence permanently with a progressive.
We need a third party like four months ago. We are running out of time to challenge the standing democrats.
I don’t understand how any sane person can trust Trump. Putting his authoritarianism aside, he literally doesn’t pay his lawyers. He goes back and forth on his promises. He literally raped a woman.
How anyone can even enter into a contract with him, especially in fascism times, is beyond me.
Or is it more like a battered wife situation where you pay him because not paying him would be far worse?
Jesus was arrested by the Romans, at the behest of the Jewish leaders, for preaching that they (the Jewish leaders) were not preaching the Torah properly and being more popular than them.
The crowd was getting more and more angry but Pontius Pilot, the ruler of the precinct they were in, couldn’t find anything wrong with Jesus. He actually believed Jesus when he said that he was the Son of God. (Aside: there is discussion as to whether Pilot was a believer but let’s not dive into that.)
There was a tradition by the Romans to let go of a prisoner, kind of like a pardon. Pilot didn’t want to send Jesus, a peaceful man by his own judgement, to die. So he got Barrabas, a convicted thief, out of jail and presented both of them to the people to “vote” on which he should let go.
The crowd chose Barrabas.
For now.
I hate how “Maybe later” has replaced “No. Don’t ask me again.”
Enshitification at its best.
Conservative MAGA Americans
Damn drama queens.
Leaf moves away from the husky
“Aaaaaarrrooooooowwwwwwwwwwww!”
I’d say the crime he committed was thinking Trump would keep his promise even after bribing him.
How anyone can trust this motherfucker is beyond me.
Which…is absolutely wild. The government should absolutely be funding vulnerability research. If anything so that they can exploit them.
But I suspect they are taking the corporate approach. The foundation is going to do the research anyway and publish it widely. Just take advantage while adding nothing of value in return.
God I hate this fucking timeline.
There should be a second sticker being covered under white that reads “rich”.
There are narcissists everywhere.
Not that I disagree with your point, but Florida law is only relevant within Florida and, to a limited extent, the United States. Admins of US-based instances could likely be subpoenaed and then held in contempt if they refused, assuming they don’t pull a PornHub and just block all of Florida.
That said, this is very worrying since subpoenas have a MUCH lower threshold of legal bearing than warrants. I suspect that Apple will likely challenge this in court or they stop selling iPhones there.
Cats are liquid until they aren’t…
I think that means they are a colloid.
His billionaire donors certainly are.
C&D or actually filing suits?

Polygamy is oppression, as the women don’t have a choice or agency in the relationship.
Polyamory, however, when done ethically, means all parties consent and can leave or modify their relationship with their partner.
