    Are you confusing BlackRock and Blackstone? The core business of BlackRock is selling ETFs and other funds containing shares and bonds. Blackstone, on the other hand, is directly involved in the real estate and private equity markets.

    Both are problematic, but it’s important to address the issue accurately

    Or a house flipper, buying a lower cost home, maybe affordable, then “fixes it up” and puts it back on the market at a price probably out of reach of many.

    The peoplehood of corporations needs to be taken away, they shouldn’t be immortal i want them all to fucking die regularly so pther companies/people can buy up their pieces.

      Yup, the classic, "just because you’ve been paying a landlord 1800 a month for your one bedroom appartment that’s almost certainly going to be over 2000 in a year you’ve crammed your family into, why would I trust you to pay a 1400 a month mortgage.
