The poor are absolutely not there by chance, they are poor because the rich steal almost all the value they create through their labor, as well as a vast differential in access and opportunity between the rich and poor, (also a creation of the rich). Is this not an anti-capitalist meme?

It’s not really a joke. He basically said the poor are poor on purpose. Not their purpose, someone else’s.
