What’s to understand? Either they took it down willingly and they’re ideologically aligned with the enemy, or they capitulated and they’re collaborators with the enemy. It’s a distinction without a difference – either way, they have betrayed everything they previously claimed to stand for and are now the enemy.
Maybe they were pressured into taking it down? Where do they get their money from?
To bend to pressure from fascists is to support fascism. There is no compromise on that point!
