Slowness aside, it’s a really good way to get their cat’s guts perforated by a shard. That food should all be going straight into the bin. Also , tile kitchen floor is the worst for breaking dishes, so a vinyl mat under that bowl raiser would be a good idea.

I suppose using chopsticks to pick up each piece of food individually would be slower…
Still, dumb human for not picking up the far larger bowl shards first, and then using a dustpan and brush to sweep up all the cat food easily.
