    Do you just fry the banana as-is? I’m thinking it would be so good with some Lawry’s jerk seasoning

      Yes, as is, but it was green, unripened. It’s not sweet, and really tart. Deep fried and salted, it’s really good. I don’t know the seasoning you mentioned…

        Here’s a copycat recipe, with the caveat that Lawry’s uses sweet bell peppers instead of hot peppers

        I honestly prefer closer to green bananas, can’t wait to try this. Thank you!

          Oh man, that sounds good! Many of the ingredients in the mix I used in the jollof and on the chicken. Thanks for the recipe :)
