No but they are sitting there with the power to do something but won’t and play a game of chicken expecting people who are powerless to step in and stop them from ending the world.

They are inherently a parasite consuming the host and willing to die to take everyone down with them.

That’s how scared they are of a little confrontation.

The quote from Sartre about antisemites is applicable here:

Never believe that anti-Semites are completely unaware of the absurdity of their replies. They know that their remarks are frivolous, open to challenge. But they are amusing themselves, for it is their adversary who is obliged to use words responsibly, since he believes in words. The anti-Semites have the right to play. They even like to play with discourse for, by giving ridiculous reasons, they discredit the seriousness of their interlocutors. They delight in acting in bad faith, since they seek not to persuade by sound argument but to intimidate and disconcert. If you press them too closely, they will abruptly fall silent, loftily indicating by some phrase that the time for argument is past

It’s the same with conservatives in general these days - they either don’t engage with these topics at all, or if they do, they do so dishonestly.

A lot of them are trained on the Bible which varies from self contradictory to batshit fruit wibble. Just like their god on earth.

No, none of them read. You can’t follow Jesus and believe American doctrine is moral and good, but you definitely can believe in “supply side Jesus”, slavery, genocide, etc etc and think you “believe in God” as a willfully ignorant and immature human being, which most Americans are.
