Fuck bike lanes. We need politicians with spines who will install barriers in roads to block cars from them

Fuck bike lanes. We need to dedicate a percent of roads to be car free
Probably LA? Looks similar but police less likely to beat the shit out of white people on bicycles
It doesn’t matter if a protest is legal. The word you’re looking for is “non violent”
In my country they do both: the roads have crazy car drivers and the sidewalks are covered with these vendors
There’s nowhere to walk. It’s a nightmare
Downvotes aren’t for disagreeing with the article lol
My guess is corporations or conservatives don’t like Jacobin?
They do. They don’t exist long, though.
I’m glad we don’t have horse crap everywhere. Thats disgusting and a health risk.
Dont call the cops. Just direct action. Slash their tyres.
It wouldn’t kill it. It would just force them to use public domain and CC content like the rest of us
Nah. I prefer to free half the roads entirely from cars. I’m sure most city dwellers would agree.
The berths on Indian trains don’t have linens. Sounds like you’re complaining about the rich people cars.
Overcrowding is only an issue if you didn’t book a berth. That is one issue I see with the trains in India. They need to rebuild the website to be more like redbus.
I’m glad the trains aren’t luxurious. Then they would be unaffordable.
They have toilets, running water, and cheap beds. What more could you ask for?
I wish more countries would emulate Indian trains. Trains should be for everyone, not just for the rich.
Took a 3 day train in India from the south up to Nepal. I think it was $30
India trains are the best trains in the world.
NYC is much more reasonable
I was a techbro in sf. I worked from home most days, but when I went to the office, I used Bart and my bicycle. It was great. I hate cars.
And, yes, I got the State to refund me for my monthly Bart pass
They do. You have to apply for it, and there’s a ceiling per month.
Fuck bike lanes. We need to dedicate a percent of the roads to be cycling-only roads
I much prefer Berkeley. Where every 10 roads or so were converted to bicycle boulevards.
