I can’t think of a better way to help troubled youth than to give them something to do with their life that matters.

For real how bad ass is fighting fires real fires? So long as the kids want to do it and aren’t coerced into it this sounds like an amazing opportunity for them To build some pride in themselves which they can use to figure out what they’re doing with their lives.
