Holy heck, you make an excellent point. This kind of activity should have conspiracy theorists working overtime. I haven’t heard of any bubbling to the surface. No “Q-anon”-type theory about why this is all happening the way it is.

Is that because most conspiracy theorists have been undercover disinformationists? Is that because most conspiracy theorists are actually in support of the values the coup is taking on (eugenics, authoritarianism, etc.)? They’re comparing the current administration, which is canceling all research and progress such as the invention of the wheel (or other scientific development), to the Neanderthals, who are in pop culture stupid and backward people.

But it falls flat because Neanderthals were smarter than Trump and Elon combined.

I was initially really confused by this meme because Neanderthals were actually creative and rather culturally rich, unlike this administration.
