So basically, they are saying “we invested a fuck ton of money into this so you better fucking use it.”

Jesus fucking Christ.
OpenAI wants the money and the military wants to never have to deal with accountability. That way when they bomb a wherever they want and just say “it wasn’t my decision, it was the AI” and then OpenAI can say “we need more money to make it more reliable. Also we need more training data from the military so it won’t happen again, can we have it all?”
I found a calculator online to try and figure out the average income of 25ish percent of the population around my age. It was around $90,000 to $100,000 a year. Not sure what my conclusion is, but I just found it very interesting.
If she didn’t have such a large online and social presence I’m sure nobody would have seen her again, or at least not for a couple years. Which is also the reason they wanted her out of there as soon as possible because she would have told it like it is everywhere she went.
More money than I’ll ever see in my entire life and so little money to him that he’ll make that much on his way to the bank.
(Seeing the birthday spike.)
Nice.
I’m a pretty experienced chef and worked in kitchens for almost 10 years. I liked to pride myself in making steaks on temp by just touch or even looking at it, depending on the cut of course. But when it comes to things like chicken, absolutely. If I wing it (get it?) I end up overcooking it to “be safe.” But with a thermometer you can get it just right without ruining the chicken. I used to hate chicken when I was a kid because my parents always over cooked it to hell and back. Nowadays, now that I know how to cook chicken and use a thermometer, chicken is easily my favorite meat.
Welp. Time to remove all my music.
If you go look at most places where people regularly use trucks for actual work in the US like construction or agriculture, pretty much the only ones driving the newest and most luxurious new trucks are the bosses while the actual workers use older and more practical vehicles. And a lot of those fancy trucks have so little bed space that I can hold more shit my friends Subaru Outback. And I say give me the tiny truck that can parallel park.
I’m starting to think we live in a Neal Breen movie.
The fact that they’d want to make a “Rage Against the Machine” band based off of political views means they missed the idea of “Rage Against the Machine” entirely.
Yeah, that makes sense. My comment definitely makes more sense with the old premise and now I just look like an asshole. I can’t really make up any excuses at this point lol.
Yeah… My moms huge into Temu and every time a bunch of new stuff.
I guess I misread that, but still. Seems kinda lame to buy something like that from Temu.
I have some words… Why the fuck are you getting a wedding dress on Temu!? If that’s how low they are willing to go for your actual wedding dress, I wouldn’t recommend going to that wedding. I imagine the food afterwards would just be a couple casseroles made by their aunt that have been sitting in the back seat of her car to “stay warm.”
Edit: Misread thinking it was the granddaughters wedding so now my whole comment doesn’t make sense. Although, it still seems kinda lame to get a dress for the wedding off Temu. But to be fair, I just hate Temu and everything my mom buys from there and forces upon me when I visit.
If you decide to cancel your subscription and delete your account, they give a warning when deleting that says you need to cancel your subscription SEPARATELY. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of leaving like I did.
I’m so tired of useless AI “features” plaguing every facet of the internet. I get that there are uses for this kinda stuff, but literally everything is not the answer. Especially since 70% of the AI features they have added to YouTube are either useless or inadequate for what they say they do. My favorite is the AI summary of the comment section saying some stupid shit like “the comments talk about the jokes in the video.” Like… How is that helpful?
At this rate it almost seems like they are trying to stop people from even using YouTube with how much information and summaries they are trying to give you without ever interacting with the video itself.
Yeah, I guess that’s a good point. In my brain that made more sense but now I realize it makes no sense at all.
We literally had a war over coal mining in the US. Health and safety regulations and unions were the compromise companies made for workers to not come to the boss’s house and beat the shit out of them or worse. Sure, some people ignore the regulations and end up getting hurt or killed, but the majority of workers are not ready to die just so the company they work for can make more money.
