Keep it really cheap for almost throw-away price so everyone can afford it and a lot can be sold. It would have a small screen and a viewfinder so taking pictures in bright light is easier. It can cast a slideshow to TVs and computers (the small screen would work as a remote control, swipe for next). An accessory like HDMI to Wifi (Chromecast-like) stick can be sold.
