No it isn’t at all. Image to image “AI” is totally different from “AI” that denies insurance claims. Different techniques, different effects, different everything. (Not saying either are okay or not, just that they’re different.)
Well, the reason I don’t view it as a euphemism is because it’s typically associated with totalitarian regimes. The government “disappears” people. See here,
to cause (someone or something) to disappear:
a: to abduct and kill or imprison (someone, such as a political dissident) while withholding information about the person’s fate
Her son was disappeared during Argentina’s so-called ‘Dirty War.’— Associated Press
“Disappearing” someone carries more weight than “abducting” someone.
I’ve never viewed “disappearing” as a euphemism.
Not a Russian bot. Down voted it because GitHub is still a poor choice to host open source on nowadays. It’s like someone saying “It’s stupid that such and such switched to renewable energy instead of fossil fuels because they believe the world is flat. The world is not flat!” It’s really missing the forest for the trees.
Moving off of GitHub is still good, even if you believe their reasoning behind their reasons is incorrect.
When that code is used on devices all over the world for many very important tasks, yes.
Usually they are lying. It means they hate poor people.
Matrix doesn’t support SMS.
You’ve (perhaps unintentionally) marked you account as a bot in the settings. If people have the option to not show bots enabled they won’t see you.
“I successfully posted the error resource.”
Why would someone not act 100% rationally 100% of the time?
Okay is one of the coolest words ever. It started sort of as a “meme” speak thing around 1900 (I don’t remember exactly, may have been older). They would take phrases then spell them differently then abbreviate the misspelling. So okay the word was originally OK the acronym for “oll korrect” which was “all correct.”
A similar thing would be like saying “acey” for “AC” for “all correct”. I’ve thought about trying to make it a thing with my friends but it feels a little too abstract.
It depends on the context and the person for me.
I’ve never interpreted settling to imply lawyers don’t get paid.
Gee, I wonder if Aryansoldier1488 knows if 1488 is a dog whistle for Nazis? I’d hate for Aryansoldier to get caught up in this. It was probably a random number.
What a goofy thing to ask. You know exactly why people use smart TVs on the Internet.
They give Nazis a platform. I don’t watch it because of that. Plus I try to avoid rage bait content as much as I can.
I don’t know about desktop/laptop stuff but I can do it on my Pixel phone (Android, I know).
I never did this.
