So you prefer CVS?
Yeah, I’m surprised this didn’t happen sooner frankly.
So, anyway, anyone seen any good movies or anything?
Those wouldn’t be the ones where papers were previously being written
Then it just becomes a memory test. A good memory is great to have but it doesn’t necessarily translate into the best problem solving skills.
I use a Lenovo nano and haven’t looked back to my surface days. Has a touch screen and I really like it. Sounds like used surface market is good, but prices for new ones tend to be quite high. The 12 inch sounds really interesting to me though
Neat. Like the other poster said I also have an old surface 4 I think that could really use a new life.
When he puts on pants they are full of shit by definition.
“Upon picking it up, you can feel the metal chassis has a surprising amount of weight to it.”
A surprising amount of weight is exactly what I do not want to feel when picking up a micro laptop.
That being said, it’s just a little under the weight of the new 12“ surface pro. Pretty much any bag I have could easily fit a 12" laptop but I imagine it would be hard to get Linux to work well with the surface - especially the touch screen. Not to mention a pretty big price difference.
Either way, it’s nice to see more options for small laptops! Maybe in a few years someone will start making small phones again.
Props. It looks really nice but looks like torture to design that to fit just right.
Wait, is Instagram cool with that now? Asking for a friend.
As someone likely to be profiled by cops, I like the concept of objectivity with automated patrolling, but this comes at such an overbearing scalability and privacy violation that it’s still the greater evil. I just hope automated driving becomes the norm soon enough to obviate the need for this. That comes at a cost too, but the lives saved from that will be on the order of what some vaccines have accomplished and the efficiency with regards to time and energy all add up to make that a worthwhile change in my book.
I see this kind of stuff everywhere and it really sells too. I don’t mind it if the creative commons agreements are being respected, but I have a feeling that in many cases people’s work is being abused.
Mix an increasingly affordable and easy implementation of nanny-state technology to a shift towards tyrannical governance, and things will likely start getting ugly fast.
Every time I walk into someone’s home and I see a rounded couch corner I do a little chuckle. Sometimes they’ll ask what I’m laughing at. “I’m sorry, it’s just, I didn’t know you were such an idiot”
That’s what I said.
Im unfortunate to live in a country where the police can now quite easily enter a residents home and take their computer and use any data on it against them. Encryption can at least slow their nefarious efforts. I think most people should utilize encryption.
I’m in favor of a heavy handed push towards encryption, I think most people don’t realize how important this is (now more than ever), but windows should be guiding and educating on this not requiring, and it should have absolutely nothing to do with an email address or online account.
Have they increased their worth by 17 fold any other years?
Seems noteworthy.
It’s my understanding the AI dead guy actually did talk about forgiveness
