I remember the teacher calling out “I cant see your screen” constantly and for unfair reasons, on chromeOS you can (frequently on accedent) abuse the security systems made to limit the damage of rouge extensions. Mainly the “no screen sharing on chrome:// and file:// tabs pages”. I also found a glitch that got patched to run the browser part on a higher privlaged UID (possably root? somthing related to OOBE? the lock screen itself? IDK). It was unstable, dangerous for the OS itself and could go to any site you wanted, this account had a blank chrome://policy and no extensions so anything was fair game. That got patched fast tho. My small group of friends still got to keep their chrome://flags changes even after the patch.
Most news threads are posted so often that they die in a week.
Older = Less eyes than when posted. (And thats ok.) For particularly dead subs or the news subs, Less eyes means no eyes.
without a bumping system, fresh eyes will check the first 100ish and say “I have seen everything here” and their clients will mark it as read. I want to see notifications for more than just repliesto my own stuff.
Some subs are so niche/dead and Without markers like replies it can feel demotivating.
I dont want to feel like this.
It’s not the first time I have done that… smh. An old username used 2 's’s to pluralize the word harder, cringe.
My name was inspired by the International Phonetic Alphabet. Like all of my names, it’s ment to feel good to say out loud. ‘HH’ has no meaning to me, just ment to rhyme. Plus it vaugely sounds like a buisness which is funny.
Thats horrifying!

If this involves AI, then the AI involvement is just a tool for the artist to use. Its just one of their many brushes. Reminds me of what code completion LLMs are to programmers. Both good and bad things came out of the ability to have literally magic almost mind reading autocomplete.
Disappointed is all I can say really. I like AI, Translation is one of the few things it can actually do that’s not harmful to the world or society. Op is likely not promising me a safe place to talk about AI as a state of the art word calulator but as a creative tool that makes whatever you want. And I can get the former other places.
In terms of vibes, firefox and brave give off the same queezy “we care about your privicy” half trueth. Read as uncharitably as possable, mozilla gives off a neglectful abusive father vibe where brave has a potential crypto scammer vibe. Being so jumpy about software as I am, following KISS and appearing to have less unknown background machinery is comforting. (caugh I hate “safe browsing” caugh) Firefox probably in reality fails to be properly privacy focused but sells the illusion effectively, and thats a bad thing. Also defaults are powerful and now switching costs are high for me.
The military is using a TEXT TRANSFORMER in it’s, “look at and shoot it” machine?
And less abusive, cant find it but there was a video on friend.com by the primagen. 😕
Exactly!
Anyone notice anything off in the promo video
I have a Kurig coffee maker (too little respect to spellcheck their name). It puts out a BLE beacon that I can receve a mile away. Its hard to know what that bugger is doing. G-force was right!
