Perfectly balanced game…

I’ve witnessed HR block exceptionally talented candidates because they believe they aren’t a good fit for the company culture…I’m in IT no one’s cares about the culture when critical infrastructure goes down and HR has zero clue about our culture in IT.

It’s OK for me to use AI, but you job hunters better not?!?!?!

I know some people who express their same story somewhere between ashamed and proudly…

They actually made a great suggestion with mikrotik…granted I come from a networking background but those can be as simple as you want or as complex as you need. Their products are resilient and prices are a chefs kiss for what you get. Now if they had recommended just some juniper or cisco gear I’d agree with you but mikrotik makes great products at great prices.
