First, booker is not blocking an appointment and Filibusters are only useful if they’re blocking legislation and he’s not doing that either; that’s why this stunt is only political theater.
Secondly, Republicans use the quorum and budget ceiling rules when they’re a minority, but the Democrats won’t do the same thing, so they’ve clearly decided that decorum matters more that fascism.
Finally, fascism has been in the pipeline for atleast 40 years and expecting a silver bullet is unrealistic; read the documentation that you demanded from me (assuming that you didn’t demand it in bad faith).
