you can make the pills smaller, i suspect a lot of pills are oversized because they just use standard molds and add filler. And if the pills need to be absorbed slowly then surely you can just split it into two pills and add stuff that slows absorption…
imagine if they could make pills that are just actually possible to swallow easily…
