Seems like a catestrophic failure from all civil agencies involved over a 20 year period rather than any specific case of corruption, which is what OP is implying with their false and misleading post.
Edit: there is also an issue with what organisation she actually does represent as several stories all call it a different name and I can find no record of a Pinnacle Recovery Services that deals with mentally ill people outside of Michigan which is some distance from Charlotte, GA. It’s telling that the “journalists” reporting this link all point to her being a “DEI” hire. There’s a clear bias in all reporting of this incident and none of it is focusing on the failure of law enforcement and rather this one particular person.
