    Idea: have a 1.5 meter long stick come out the side of your bicycle with a brick at the end of it.

    They can’t blame you if they run into the brick on their own.

        Ive seen people do it with pool floaties as a very colorful and less destructive demonstration.

        If destruction is your aim and physics is the concern, a plain steel pipe will do just fine.

        If your 'merican, you can also generally open carry while on a bike. A shotgun on your back or a pistol on your hip will likely work wonders.

          For your last paragraph: the lack of a weapon’s check/lockers and policies against weapons on-property were among the reasons I haven’t biked to most jobs. Ok, that, and no employee showers. I don’t mind being un-armed while working, but basically having to drive to get to work safely, and/or starting the workday drenched in sweat most days, is annoying as hell.
