So, we sheltered this kitten for a few weeks and she easily got a home a day ago after we announced with a poster. We just delivered and we’re crushed.

Sheltering kitties and giving them new homes makes way more kitties and people happy than just keeping them! That’s how an older lady I know got her best friend! I am so happy there’s people like you ❤️

Like K’imā’. It’s a native language, Tének, which is related to Mayan. It means “home”, actually. I found her very close to the Tének area, so, we thought that name was appropriate. She was abandoned, and wouldn’t survive another day alone. I brought her to a vet, offered her very basic care because of the constraints of the place, and she survived the road trip back home. She actually was a nice copilot at that point!
